Understanding Your Refund Rights
Look, we get it. Sometimes a course isn't what you expected. Maybe
the timing's wrong, or the content doesn't match what you need right
now. That's why we've put together a straightforward refund policy
that actually makes sense.
Our approach is pretty simple. We want you to have enough time to
explore the course materials and decide if they're right for you. But
we also need to be fair to our instructors and the work they've put
into creating quality content.
14-Day Window
Request a full refund within two weeks of purchase if you've
accessed less than 25% of course content
Partial Refunds
Between 15-30 days, partial refunds may apply based on content
accessed and circumstances
Technical Issues
Full refunds available if we can't resolve technical problems
preventing course access

You're entitled to a complete refund if you meet these conditions.
And honestly, we're pretty reasonable about this stuff.
- You submit your refund request within 14 days of your purchase
date
- You've watched or downloaded less than 25% of the total course
materials
- You haven't completed any graded assessments or received
certification documents
- Technical issues on our end prevent you from accessing
purchased content
- The course content significantly differs from what was
advertised in the description
Situations Where Refunds Don't Apply
There are some cases where we can't offer refunds. It's not that
we don't want to help — these situations just don't fit within fair
refund parameters.
- Requests made more than 60 days after purchase (that's our hard
limit)
- You've completed more than 50% of course materials or
downloaded most resources
- You've already received and used a completion certificate for
employment or education
- Subscription renewals where you continued using services for
more than 7 days after renewal
- Bundle purchases where individual courses have been
substantially completed

What You Need to Include
To speed things up, include your order confirmation number, the
email address used for purchase, and a quick note about why you're
requesting the refund. Screenshots help if you're reporting
technical issues.
Different Purchase Types
Individual Course Purchases
Single course purchases follow our standard 14-day refund window.
It's pretty straightforward — if you change your mind within two
weeks and haven't gone through most of the content, you're good.
Course Bundles and Packages
Bundle refunds work a bit differently. If you've started multiple
courses in the bundle, we calculate refunds based on which courses
you've accessed. Sometimes that means a partial refund rather than
full amount. We look at each situation individually.
Subscription Services
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, and you keep
access until the end of your billing period. Annual subscriptions are
trickier — we offer prorated refunds if you cancel within the first
30 days. After that, you're committed to the full year, but you can
cancel renewal.
One-on-One Consultations
Scheduled consultation sessions require 48 hours notice for full
refund. Less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours gets you 50% back.
Under 24 hours and we can't offer a refund, though we'll try to
reschedule instead.
Payment Method Specifics
Credit and Debit Cards
Most straightforward option. Refunds go back to the card you used
for purchase. Usually takes 5-7 business days to show up in your
account, though some banks are slower.
PayPal Transactions
Returns to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days. You'll
get an email from both us and PayPal confirming the refund.
Bank Transfers
If you paid via direct bank transfer, we'll need your current
account details. Processing takes 7-10 business days because banks
add their own delays.
Gift Card Purchases
Courses purchased with gift cards get refunded as account credit,
not cash. That credit doesn't expire and you can use it for any
future purchases.
About Processing Times
We process approved refunds within 24 hours. But your bank or
payment provider adds their own processing time. If you haven't
received your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank
first — they might be holding it.
Special Circumstances
Medical or Personal Emergencies
Life happens. If a medical situation or personal emergency
prevents you from completing a course, contact us even if you're
outside the standard refund window. We handle these case by case and
we're generally understanding.
Technical Problems We Can't Fix
If our platform has technical issues that prevent you from
accessing content, and our support team can't resolve them within a
reasonable timeframe, you're entitled to a full refund regardless of
when you purchased.
Course Content Changes
Sometimes we update courses significantly or discontinue them. If
we make major changes that alter what you originally purchased, we'll
offer either a refund or free access to a comparable replacement
course.
Duplicate Purchases
Accidentally bought the same course twice? Happens more often than
you'd think. Contact us and we'll refund the duplicate immediately.
No questions asked.
What Happens After a Refund
Once we process your refund, your access to the course materials
ends immediately. Downloaded resources should be deleted from your
devices — you're not licensed to keep them after a refund.
Any certificates or completion records get voided. If you've
already added credentials to your resume or LinkedIn, you'll need to
remove them.
Your account stays active though. You can still purchase other
courses, and your refund history doesn't affect future purchases.
We're not going to hold it against you.
Refund Policy Updates
We review this policy twice a year and update it when needed. When
we make changes, we'll email active students and post updates on our
website 30 days before they take effect.
Changes don't apply retroactively. Whatever policy was in place
when you made your purchase — that's what applies to your refund
request, even if we've since updated the terms.
